欧洲先进技术基础上，开发的新型底漆砂光机。定厚辊为软胶辊，并通过精确动、静平衡处理。砂带转速由变频控制，以符合三胺底、PU油漆、PE底漆、UV油漆等砂光需求。输送带传送采用变频器调速机构，可以根据工件要求，选择适当的送料速度，已确保工件砂光品质。在机器的出料端安装3M抛光辊，可清除砂光成品上的粉尘。砂带上方安装吹尘管可清除砂带上的粉尘。是家具、竹木地板生产的必备设备之一。砂削精度高，不啃头、不扫尾、不擦边。
